- Information enabling the correct mounting of slewing bearing with regards to analysis of companion structure flatness survey results, correct bolt pre-tensioning, correct gear/pinion backlash setting plus lubrication regime to conform to warranty requirements of the bearing manufacturer, ThyssenKrupp Rothe Erde GmbH
- Information regarding the proper lubrication type, amount and interval for raceway and gear
- Information regarding the correct monitoring of bearing wear via axial reduction or tilting clearance measurement and interpretation of results
- Interpretation of grease sampling analysis results
- Factory approved re-wrapping of spare slewing
bearings supplied by CBC with optional long term storage treatment and
vacuum packaging for a maximum period of 5 years internal storage
